TERMS OF SERVICE — AURABIO RESEARCH LLC

1. LEGAL BINDING ACKNOWLEDGMENT
   By navigating this storefront and executing purchases from AuraBio Research LLC (“the Company”), you explicitly affirm under penalty of law that you are an authorized laboratory researcher, scientist, chemical engineer, or institutional representative.
2. RESEARCH USE ONLY MANDATE
   All biochemical components, synthesis materials, and lyophilized peptides offered across this domain are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory experimentation, analytical reference profiling, and scientific investigation. Under no circumstances shall any materials sold be deployed for human consumption, clinical drug diagnostics, animal testing, or therapeutic administration.
3. REJECTION OF SERVICE AND MANDATORY AUDIT
   The Company enforces a strict zero-tolerance screening loop. If the Company detects, receives communication of, or reasonably suspects a buyer intends to apply these research reagents for unauthorized human consumption or off-label implementation, the pending transaction will be immediately canceled, the user profile banned, and all capital returned minus standard card platform transaction fees.
4. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY ASSUMPTION
   The buyer assumes all inherent legal and material liabilities associated with the acquisition, chemical storage, hazard handling, and safety evaluation of all items. The Company remains entirely indemnified from any regulatory penalties, injuries, illnesses, or losses stemming from buyer handling or off-label misuse.
