Due to the precise structural nature of laboratory chemical reagents and the rigid storage protocols necessary to maintain chemical stability, AuraBio Research LLC cannot accept physical product returns, lot exchanges, or restocking requests for opened, unsealed, or handled compound vials. To maintain laboratory safety parameters, all sales of unsealed products are entirely final. - SHIPPING COMPROMISE AND RE-SHIPMENT RECOGNITION
If an order shipment arrives physically compromised, shattered, or leaking due to carrier transport negligence, a report must be submitted to our administrative support desk within 72 hours of delivery confirmation.
To process a complimentary replacement vial, the researcher must submit:
- High-resolution photographs showcasing the damaged outer transit box.
- Clear photographs isolating the unbroken, intact tamper-evident aluminum seal on the compromised vial face.
Upon administrative validation, a replacement shipment will be expedited to your laboratory facility at no additional charge.
