All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted, including unopened items. Review the product name, reference quantity, documentation, and delivery details before ordering. This policy does not exclude remedies for verified order issues or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries
Report shipping damage within 72 hours of delivery confirmation to support@aurabioresearch.com. Contact us promptly for missing or incorrect items. Include your order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the outside packaging, and photographs of the vial and seal where safely possible.
Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed. Do not open or handle a compromised vial solely to obtain a photograph. Following review of a validated shipping-damage claim, a replacement is arranged at no additional charge. Incorrect, missing, or unfulfilled items are reviewed for an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund where required.
Cancellations
Contact support promptly if you need to request a cancellation. Requests are reviewed before fulfillment; cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun. An order that AuraBio cannot accept or fulfill will be resolved with the customer, including a refund of the unfulfilled purchase where applicable.
No unauthorized returns
Do not ship research materials back to AuraBio without written instructions. Opened, unsealed, or handled materials cannot be restocked. If support requests the return of an incorrect or damaged shipment during an approved claim, it will provide instructions and explain any shipping arrangements.
Approved refunds
A refund approved for a verified order issue or required by law is handled through the original payment channel where available, or another method agreed with the customer. Provider processing times vary. Final-sale terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights or lawful payment-dispute rights.
